Minor bug fixes
We have fixed the non-playing parts of individual programs and the occasional appearance of duplicated subtitles. We also couldn't turn on the Czech soundtrack for some programs - now it's playing.
Fixed several bugs when playing shows with a blind audio track. Now the control window pops up again for programs that do not offer AD. Plus it plays Sound Only.
We fixed the background image playback bug (so-called "Picture in Picture") on Android 7 and for security reasons we had to remove support for Android 6. This version is more than 8 years old and unfortunately we can't keep iVysílání in a state that would allow safe and stable playback without official support from Google. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition to the corrected error when registering to My ČT, we have added the ability to share each show, delete search history and playback notifications via mobile data.
You can now choose to sort the videos in the list (from newest, by TV broadcast date, etc.) using the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. We fixed a lot of bugs with saving subtitle settings and a lot of other improvements.
Try the new function of synchronizing your favorite shows and watched videos on all your devices. Based on your wishes, we have improved the My CT section to allow you to easily match content between the website, mobile app and TV. You will no longer have to search for your favorite shows again and again on different devices, but you will be able to watch them where you want and continue watching at the time where you left off. Registration to the Moje ČT account is completely free.
You can now share a video link to friends, family or acquaintances. We also fixed bugs that prevented the application from being controlled using a TV remote. So if you're using an Android set-top box, scrolling should now work smoothly. And many other minor tweaks under the hood. We will be happy to receive feedback at aplikace@ceskatelevize.cz.
We are now showing information about the availability of the program, which you will only be able to play in the future due to licensing reasons.
At the same time, we adjusted the behavior of ČT3 according to program priorities. Due to the necessary financial savings, the broadcast of ČT3 was discontinued from 1 January 2023. We believe that you will be interested in the offer of other ČT programs as well as the rich catalog of iVysílání.
Minor Bug Fixes
We've added the ability to play audio only and reduce the video quality to just 144p.
The function Return in time up to 3 hours has indeed returned in the new version. You can find this feature in the Television section at the top right under the three dots icon.
Now the player shuts down at the end of the video and the phone goes to sleep like you're used to and the Chromecast doesn't disconnect after the 15+ warning.

We have fixed the background color of the video so that playback is more comfortable on OLED displays. Additionally, we looked at accessibility bugs regarding the "Search" and "Settings" controls not reporting as buttons. Sometimes the footage disappeared with the preview cards. And we fixed a lot of other bugs that are now a thing of the past.
Correction of minor measurement errors.
Favorites are back! In the new launch version of the application, you lacked the My Shows function, so that you do not have to search for them every time. We also added a list of watched videos - you will find both functions in the new "My" section.
